原本はタイ国内にあり、本人は「Match an interpreter experienced in the subject and confirm availability」の段階に立ち会えません。
先にカラースキャンで点検し、通過した書類のみ送付いただきます。「Scope the assignment and choose the mode: consecutive, simultaneous or whispered」から「Debrief afterwards and retain the glossary for future assignments」まで段階ごとに進捗を報告し、海外住所へ返送します。
委任状の範囲が狭いと途中で作り直しとなり、輸送が一往復増えます。関係機関をすべて明記してください。
「Match an interpreter experienced in the subject and confirm availability」まで自力で進めたものの、理由書面なしで返戻されました。

1. 着手前に提出先から必要な認証ルートを書面で確認する
理由: 2027年2月28日までタイの文書は外務省認証＋提出先大使館の順が必要です。ルートを推測して一段階誤ると、手数料も待ち時間も無駄になります。
2. 原本を海外へ送る前に、各認証段階の写しとスキャンを保管する
理由: 原本は通常返却されません。後日照会があった際、保管した認証済みの写しがあれば再取得せずに即答できます。
3. 発行日が提出先の有効期間内か（3か月または6か月が一般的）
理由: 身分・法人関係書類には有効期限があります。多段階認証の途中で期限切れになると、最初からやり直しになります。
4. 300dpi以上のカラースキャンで、用紙の四辺が写り影や欠けがないか
理由: 傾いたスマホ撮影は印章を確認できないため多くの機関が不受理とします。取り直し1回のほうが、不受理通知を1週間待つより早いです。
5. 印章・署名・欄外注記・裏面の記載まで含め全要素が翻訳されているか
理由: 審査官はページ単位で照合します。印章や裏面が未翻訳だと不完全な翻訳とみなされ、次の認証段階に進めません。
6. 確認可能なメールと電話番号を記載し、政府ドメインからの受信を許可する
理由: 追加書類の要求は期限付きでメール送付されます。迷惑メールに入り期限を過ぎると案件は終了となり、最初から再申請になります。
7. パスポート・身分証・原本・翻訳で氏名の綴りが完全に一致しているか
理由: 一文字違うだけで提出先は別人と判断し、書類一式が差し戻されます。実際に綴りが異なる場合は同一人物証明を事前に用意する必要があります。
