Service Playbook — documents, steps and timelines

Playbooks for 22 services: the documents to prepare, each step with an approximate timeframe, practical tips and the mistakes we see most often. All timeframes are approximate and should be confirmed with the competent authority.

An advisory team, not just a filing service

Our team has worked on cross-border documentation for more than 15 years. We start from where the document must be accepted, then design the shortest sequence that the receiving authority will accept.

  • An upfront review of whether the documents you already hold are sufficient, and what has to be re-issued
  • Route selection matched to the receiving authority's own requirements, without unnecessary stages
  • Early warning on rejection risks such as inconsistent name spelling or a translation format the destination will not accept
  • Sequencing advice when several matters must run in parallel, such as a visa alongside a work permit
  • Follow-up support after delivery, if the receiving authority asks for anything further

All timeframes are approximate and depend on each authority's queue. Acceptance and adjudication always remain at the discretion of the receiving authority.

Prefer not to handle this yourself?

We can run every step above end to end: document review, translation, certification, filing with each authority, and return delivery. You provide the originals and a passport copy; we handle the rest and report progress at each stage.
