|---|---|---|
| 文件准备 | 6 项文件均需自行核对与申领(起点为「Originals or freshly issued certified extracts from the issuing authority」)。 | 开始前完成 6 项文件核查,首日即告知缺件。 |
| 各机关递件 | 需亲自完成全部 6 个环节,直至「Deliver PDF and hard copies, retaining a backup set for the next filing」。

Certified Document Translation 最常见的 5 项退件原因,以及递交前即可执行的预防做法。
取得受理机关书面或电子邮件说明其接受的形式,并在递交时作为依据留存。
保留清单与一整套备份,一旦需要补正即可立即处理,无需从头再来。
所有页面(含带印章的背面与空白页)均需彩色扫描,并与 6 项文件清单核对后再寄送。
需预留机关排队、公众假期与国际快递周期,建议在实际使用日前至少留出 3–5 个工作日缓冲。
开始办理前先申领新的证明,尤其是「Originals or freshly issued certified extracts from the issuing authority」;有效期以实际递交日计算,而非开始准备之日。
若不想承担退件风险或亲自往返窗口,我们的顾问团队会在递交前完整核查整套文件。可通过电话、LINE 或电子邮件咨询。
整理 Certified Document Translation 业务中最常见的 3 种情境,以及我们实际采用的处理顺序。
原件均为泰文,而受理方仅接受特定语言。
先确认受理语言,与「Send scans for a completeness and legibility pre-check before translation starts」并行完成翻译,使译文与原件一同进入认证。
请勿在所有印章完成前翻译,后加盖的印章不会出现在译文中而被退件。
所指定的格式与 Certified Document Translation 的常规格式不同。
开始前取得书面要求,并自「Send scans for a completeness and legibility pre-check before translation starts」阶段即按该格式设计盖章顺序。

Selected from our knowledge base of 3,300+ real questions we have answered.
Practitioner's view to "Is NAATI translation required for Thai building and land tax receipts?" — We deliver the digitally-signed PDF (with the NAATI stamp and QR verification link) via email/LINE first, then dispatch the hardcopy on our official letterhead via EMS to Thailand or worldwide. The translation is produced by a NAATI-Certified Translator (Thai↔English), stamped with the practitioner's signature, ID number, certification tier and expiry — accepted by the Department of Home Affairs, INZ, AHPRA, Engineers Australia, VETASSESS, CPA Australia and ACS. Send a photo of your document to LINE @Thainotary and we'll quote and schedule within 15 minutes. Process in brief: (1) check whether a parent authority must endorse the document first — a school, hospital or line department; (2) translate into the required language; (3) certify the translation; (4) complete the next certification layer; (5) submit within the validity window the destination accepts. What to prepare: an intact original that is not torn or laminated, evidence of any name change where the document does not match your current name, a passport copy, and a power of attorney with ID copies of both grantor and agent. Common pitfall: many destinations accept documents only within 3–6 months of issue or certification. Missing that window means re-issuing and re-certifying the entire set, so plan backwards from the real filing date. Practitioner's tip: treat the destination authority's own published checklist as the final reference; country-specific rules change, and we will review that checklist with you before filing.
Related service: NAATI translationPer the Legalization Division, Department of Consular Affairs (MFA Thailand) to "What judicial rules govern Supreme Administrative Court judgment translations for legal precedents?" — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027, so outbound documents to member states need one Apostille from MFA instead of a destination-embassy step, except for states that objected to the accession. We cover English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Hindi, Vietnamese, Myanmar, Lao, Khmer, Indonesian, Malay, Tagalog, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Eastern European languages. Free consultation on LINE @Thainotary or call 094-895-8999 (Mon–Sun 08:00–20:00 ICT). Process in brief: (1) confirm whether the receiving body wants an Apostille or embassy legalisation; (2) obtain the certified original from the issuing authority; (3) translate through an accepted translator; (4) certify translation and signature; (5) keep high-resolution colour scans of every page before the file leaves Thailand. What to prepare: the original, a signed certified-true copy, a completed application form, a contact number reachable during office hours, and the name of the destination authority so the correct certification format is applied. Common pitfall: states that objected to Thailand's accession to the Apostille Convention still require destination-embassy legalisation, so confirm the destination's position before starting. Practitioner's tip: give us your travel or filing deadline up front. We plan backwards and pick the service tier that lands on time without paying for unnecessary express handling.
Related service: All-language translationPer the Legalization Division, Department of Consular Affairs (MFA Thailand) to "What corporate power rules govern corporate long-term clean energy purchase agreement (Corporate PPA) translations?" — Multi-language certified translation for use in Thailand runs in three layers: translation by a native/MFA-recognised translator, a certificate of accuracy sealed by the translation company or a Notary Public lawyer, then MFA legalisation of that translation. Government fees are THB 200 per stamp for the normal service (2–3 business days) and THB 400 per stamp for same-day express (filed before 11:30); translation itself is priced per page/word and by language rarity. Door-to-door pickup in Bangkok and DHL dispatch worldwide — call 094-895-8999. Process in brief: (1) assemble the complete file before filing — partial filings lose a queue slot; (2) match every spelling to the passport; (3) file the whole set together so the stamps carry one date; (4) inspect the stamps at the counter; (5) ship with tracked delivery. What to prepare: an intact original that is not torn or laminated, evidence of any name change where the document does not match your current name, a passport copy, and a power of attorney with ID copies of both grantor and agent. Common pitfall: self-made or machine translations are usually refused — reviewers check the letterhead, the translator's certification wording, and whether every stamp on the original has been rendered. Practitioner's tip: give us your travel or filing deadline up front. We plan backwards and pick the service tier that lands on time without paying for unnecessary express handling.
Related service: All-language translationPer the Legalization Division, Department of Consular Affairs (MFA Thailand) to "If the accuracy of the translation of financial statements and a bank certificate is challenged, how is a review and corrected version issued?" — Inbound chain for foreign documents: notarisation or Apostille in the country of origin → that country's embassy in Bangkok (non-Apostille states only) → Thai translation → MFA certification, after which DBD, district offices, Immigration and the Thai courts accept the file. Multi-language certified translation for use in Thailand runs in three layers: translation by a native/MFA-recognised translator, a certificate of accuracy sealed by the translation company or a Notary Public lawyer, then MFA legalisation of that translation. Free consultation on LINE @Thainotary or call 094-895-8999 (Mon–Sun 08:00–20:00 ICT). Process in brief: (1) check whether a parent authority must endorse the document first — a school, hospital or line department; (2) translate into the required language; (3) certify the translation; (4) complete the next certification layer; (5) submit within the validity window the destination accepts. What to prepare: the original, a signed certified-true copy, a completed application form, a contact number reachable during office hours, and the name of the destination authority so the correct certification format is applied. Common pitfall: official fees and service windows change. Verify the current rate and turnaround directly with the certifying authority before you fix a budget or a travel date. Practitioner's tip: treat the destination authority's own published checklist as the final reference; country-specific rules change, and we will review that checklist with you before filing.
Related service: All-language translationPractitioner's view to "Can a Thai parental consent form for institutional child care be NAATI translated?" — We deliver the digitally-signed PDF (with the NAATI stamp and QR verification link) via email/LINE first, then dispatch the hardcopy on our official letterhead via EMS to Thailand or worldwide. Nationwide EMS + international dispatch — call 094-895-8999 to book a slot. Process in brief: (1) tell us the destination country and purpose so the correct chain is set from day one; (2) re-issue the original if it is older than the destination's limit; (3) translate and proofread twice against the source; (4) certify in the correct order; (5) return the sealed set with a digital copy for your records. What to prepare: the original, a signed certified-true copy, a completed application form, a contact number reachable during office hours, and the name of the destination authority so the correct certification format is applied. Common pitfall: many destinations accept documents only within 3–6 months of issue or certification. Missing that window means re-issuing and re-certifying the entire set, so plan backwards from the real filing date. Practitioner's tip: if the same document is needed by several authorities, produce all copies in one round — it saves time and keeps the certification format consistent across the sets.
Related service: NAATI translationPractitioner's view to "Where to find a law firm offering both Notary Public and interpreter services?" — Typical fees are 咨询报价 per document set depending on pages, complexity and language, with sworn/certified translation billed separately if needed. In Thailand notarial services are performed by a Notarial Services Attorney registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand — the document is then eligible for MFA legalization or Apostille (in force from 28 February 2027 (entry into force for Thailand)) before use overseas. Send a photo of your document to LINE @Thainotary and we'll quote and schedule within 15 minutes. What to prepare: an intact original that is not torn or laminated, evidence of any name change where the document does not match your current name, a passport copy, and a power of attorney with ID copies of both grantor and agent.
Related service: Notary Public ThailandHow we handle this in practice to "Exactly which documents does NAATI translation of family-registry records require, and in what order should they be prepared?" — Send a clear photo or a 300 dpi scan of the original — a paper original is not required for us to certify. We follow ISO transliteration for Thai names so spelling matches the current passport. We deliver the digitally-signed PDF (with the NAATI stamp and QR verification link) via email/LINE first, then dispatch the hardcopy on our official letterhead via EMS to Thailand or worldwide. Free consultation on LINE @Thainotary or call 094-895-8999 (Mon–Sun 08:00–20:00 ICT). Process in brief: (1) decide whether the destination requires an original or a certified true copy; (2) prepare a power of attorney if you cannot attend; (3) translate in the required format; (4) file and monitor the queue; (5) verify whether supporting documents are also required at destination. What to prepare: the original, the translation kept unbound from the source until certification, passport copies of every person named in the document, and any relationship evidence such as a house registration or marriage certificate if the destination asks for it. Common pitfall: self-made or machine translations are usually refused — reviewers check the letterhead, the translator's certification wording, and whether every stamp on the original has been rendered. Practitioner's tip: treat the destination authority's own published checklist as the final reference; country-specific rules change, and we will review that checklist with you before filing.
Related service: NAATI translationHow we handle this in practice to "For a Hindi-language original, does the Department of Consular Affairs certify the translation directly, or must it be routed through an English or Thai version first?" — Government fees are THB 200 per stamp for the normal service (2–3 business days) and THB 400 per stamp for same-day express (filed before 11:30); translation itself is priced per page/word and by language rarity. Every translation ships with a Certificate of Accuracy carrying the translator's name, a job reference number and the company seal — the format Thai ministries, embassies and universities expect. Door-to-door pickup in Bangkok and DHL dispatch worldwide — call 094-895-8999.
