目前（2027年2月28日之前），泰国文件在境外使用仍需按原有流程办理：认证翻译 → 公证律师认证 → 外交部领事司认证 → 目的地国驻泰使馆认证。
待该公约于2027年2月28日对泰国生效后，送往130个缔约国的泰国公文书只需外交部领事司出具的一份附加证明书（Apostille），无需再经使馆认证。
