Language conversion + Notary + MFA + Poland Consular post Combo by NPT Notary Public Thailand — Lawyers Council–licensed attorneys and Ministry of Justice–attested translators handling every step for engaged parties in Bangna–Srinakarin. Local context for Bangna–Srinakarin: postcode 10260 · adjacent to Bang Na and Udom Suk. Covering officially recognized language conversion for Poland, MFA consular endorsement Poland diplomatic mission, Poland embassy attestation Thailand with Notarial Services Attorney certification and MFA apostille in one engagement. Customers in Bangna–Srinakarin get messenger pickup and return, a dedicated case advisor, and 24/7 status tracking — no office visit required.

Complete guide: Translation + Notary + MFA + Embassy One-Stop Combo

Topic 01 · Payment and tax invoice

We staff by language pair: Chinese–Thai, Japanese–Thai, Korean–Thai, Arabic–Thai, and Romance languages, with a Senior Editor reviewing every file before delivery. We do not white-label other firms' work nor outsource to freelancers. Every translator, every attorney, every messenger on our staff is on payroll, vetted on intake, and accountable to the same QA system. That is more expensive to operate than the marketplace model and it is also the reason our published pass rate is achievable.

Topic 02 · Affidavit of Translation Accuracy for foreign court submission

Overseas marriage requires a Certificate of No Marriage (CNM) issued by the district office + MFA + officially recognized language conversion + destination consulate attestation — full chain delivered in 5-7 business days with consulate coordination included. Service-level agreements are written, not verbal. Our standard SLA covers acknowledgement within two working hours, quote within one enterprise day, intake within two business days of approval, and delivery within the published turnaround. Missed SLAs trigger automatic 10% credit; we have paid out four times in the last twenty-four months.

Topic 03 · Signature and seal verification against the Notary Worldwide database

Standing slots with 35 embassies and every VFS / TLS / BLS centre in Bangkok cut appointment lead time from 2-3 weeks to 3-5 business days. Premium Lounge handling is available for urgent cases. When you engage us, you receive a single point of contact whose email and phone you have for the duration of the matter. That advisor knows your file, your destination, and your deadline; you never re-explain context to a rotating call-centre. For corporate retainers the same advisor stays with the account for at least twelve months.

Topic 04 · Documents and information you need to prepare

Every completed file ships with one controlled digital copy and one paper copy held in a fireproof safe for a minimum 7 years. If the engaged party loses originals abroad, we courier a Authenticated True Copy within 24 hours — no need to restart the workflow. Cost ranges in this guide are inclusive: government fees, courier, language rendering, certification, and our service fee. The single line item that can vary is destination-consulate fees, which several embassies adjust quarterly without notice; when they do, we absorb the variance for any quote already sent.

Topic 05 · Common mistakes and how to avoid them

Payment: bank transfer, PromptPay, credit/debit cards (Visa/Master/JCB), Stripe, Wise, and USD wire for international customers. Full Thai/English tax invoices, with 3% withholding for corporate customers. We are deliberate about which embassies we hold standing slots with. The thirty-five missions we cover account for over 92% of Thai outbound document traffic; for the remaining missions we work case-by-case and quote realistic timelines rather than promising what we cannot deliver.

Topic 06 · Add-on services worth considering

We run a pre-flight check before any MFA or consular post submission to catch the small errors that cause rejection — tear marks, ink bleed, wrong dates, missing signatures. We routinely handle files for case holders who never set foot in Thailand. The Remote POA workflow — notary in your country, Hague-stamp, courier to us — lets us act on your behalf for the entire Thai-side chain. Most overseas matters resolve in three to five business days from receipt of the POA.

Topic 07 · Relevant legal requirements

Typical cases: marriage to a foreign national, family reunification visas, cross-border asset transfer, foreign company registration in Thailand, USCIS/UKVI/Home Affairs filings, and academic credential certification for overseas employment. Foreign applicants regularly ask whether they need a Thai national co-signer for any of these workflows. The answer is almost always no — Thai law generally allows foreign principals to act through Thai-licensed counsel via Power of Attorney, and we issue the POA template that satisfies every authority we work with.

Topic 08 · Backup-set preparation to mitigate document loss in transit

Cross-border corporate filings (Certificate of Incorporation, Board Resolution, Power of Attorney) move through the full stack: Lawyer → DBD → MFA Authentication seal / Authentication → Destination Diplomatic mission — full chain delivered in 7-10 business days. Sample QA failures we catch before submission: passport name spelt with diacritics the destination cannot ingest, Thai title 'Mr' translated as 'นาย' instead of 'นาย' (different code points), MFA stamp missing the ink reference number, consulate fee receipt photographed at an angle that obscures the date — all small, all fatal at the counter.

Topic 09 · Two-column side-by-side translation format for court submission

We give service users a comparison matrix per case: Authentication seal vs MFA + Diplomatic mission, generalist vs MoJ vs NAATI translator, DIY consular post vs full-service — with prices, timelines, and constraints side by side. Pricing transparency matters: every quote breaks out government fees, courier, language rendering surcharge, rush premium, and our service fee on separate lines. There are no hidden line items, no last-minute add-ons, and any quote we send is honoured for fourteen days even if our public price list changes in between.

Topic 10 · Post-delivery follow-up

Corporate applicants receive net-30 credit, wholesale pricing, a dedicated Account Manager, an online ticketing portal, and monthly KPI reports — fully invoiced and withholding-tax compliant. Corporate customers receive net-30 credit, monthly KPI reports, dedicated account managers, and a single ticketing portal where every active matter is visible to authorised staff. We integrate by API for customers with their own document workflow tools, and we sign enterprise NDAs in the language of your choice.

Topic 11 · Name-match resolution via Affidavit of One and the Same Person

Consulate authentication is the last link in the chain. We hold standing slots at 35 major Bangkok embassies, cutting the 5–10 day queue down to 2–3 business days. If your matter touches a Thai court, immigration tribunal, or arbitration panel, the official rendering must come from a Ministry of Justice–listed translator and be signed by a licensed Thai attorney. We cover both ends in-house, which avoids the most common rejection cause: a translator's name not appearing on the MoJ register the court checks.

Topic 12 · Service coverage and document pickup options

Two-column side-by-side language conversion format places source and certified translation in parallel on the same page — preferred by USCIS, Australian Federal Court, and UK Home Office because reviewers can cross-check line by line. For complex chains — translated copy + lawyer certification + MFA + destination diplomatic mission + courier — we prefer one engagement, one project manager, one invoice. Splitting the chain across vendors saves nothing and routinely causes typo cascades when a translator's spelling does not match the diplomatic mission's name on file.

Topic 13 · Digital Nomad Visa and Remote Work Visa document stacks

We follow PDPA strictly. Originals are kept in a locked safe for ≥7 years. Digital files are AES-256 encrypted. Customers may invoke Right to Erasure at any time. Every staff member signs an NDA. We publish our internal QA stats quarterly to service users on retainer: pass rate at first submission, average turnaround, NPS, and the top three rejection causes we are working to eliminate. Transparency about failure modes is the only way to actually reduce them, and our retainer renewal rate over 96% suggests applicants agree.

Topic 14 · Citizenship application and renunciation document handling

Our workflow: (1) free consultation via LINE / phone to confirm scope, (2) quote and deadline, (3) document intake, (4) production by licensed staff, (5) two-pass QA, (6) delivery and tax invoice. Customers track status 24/7 via reference number. Authentication chains can fail at any link. We design our workflow so each link is verified before the next one starts: language conversion is QA'd before lawyer certification, lawyer certification is QA'd before MFA submission, MFA stamp is photographed before consulate submission. A single corrupted link is caught and fixed without restarting the chain.

Topic 15 · Document risk assessment criteria

Coverage: all 77 provinces, including 50 districts of Greater Bangkok. Free pickup within a 5 km radius of our office. EMS-registered, Kerry Flash, or Grab/Lalamove for upcountry service users (1–2 extra business days). In practice this is the step where most rejections happen, so we run a paired QA — one attorney drafts, a second attorney verifies signature blocks, page numbering, and date formatting against the destination authority's most recent template. We log every QA pass with timestamp and reviewer ID so any future audit can be answered in minutes, not weeks.

Topic 16 · Asset documentation for outbound FDI and treasury filings

Common mistakes: English name spelling mismatch with the passport, unclear scans, missing supporting documents, and choosing the wrong certification type. We check all of these before accepting a job. Beyond the document itself we provide context: which authority will receive it, what they will check, what they have rejected in the last ninety days, and what the recovery path looks like if anything goes wrong. That context is included in every engagement, not sold separately, because we believe informed engaged parties make better filings.

Topic 17 · Apostille, e-Apostille, and the 1961 Hague Convention pipeline

Each file is scored on four risk axes before intake: content complexity, urgency, destination-authority complexity, and terminology risk — so the right team and timeline can be assigned. Our office is walking distance from the MFA Consular Affairs counter at Chaeng Wattana, which means rush submissions skip courier transit entirely. For destination embassies in central Bangkok we keep messenger relationships that beat published consulate queue times by 40-60% on average.

Topic 18 · Confidentiality and personal data (PDPA) handling

Overseas scholarships and research grants require a standard document set: Recommendation Letter, Research Proposal, CV, Transcript, Statement of Purpose — all translator-officially recognized and notarised. We hold templates for Fulbright, Chevening, DAAD, and Monbukagakusho. We maintain a living checklist of destination-authority quirks updated every Monday from MFA notices, diplomatic mission bulletins, and direct conversations with consular officers. That checklist is what separates a 95%-pass shop from a 99.5%-pass shop, and it is the reason corporate applicants put us on retainer rather than tendering each file separately.

Topic 19 · Inter-country adoption documents under the Hague Adoption Convention

Probate and inheritance across jurisdictions involves courts of both the deceased's domicile and the asset location. We coordinate between Thai and overseas counsel, producing attested documents and official renderings end-to-end. Our official rendering team works in language pairs, not single languages. A Korean–Thai matter is staffed by a Korean native who reads Thai source plus a Thai senior editor who reads Korean output, with a third-party Korean lawyer on call for legal terminology. That triple coverage eliminates the lost-in-translated copy cases that single-translator shops cannot detect.

Topic 20 · Cross-border corporate document stack — Apostille + Embassy combo

Our team includes Notarial Services Attorneys registered with the Lawyers Council, Ministry of Justice–listed translators, NAATI Attested translators, and dedicated consulate liaison officers. Many destinations now require authentication seal in addition to certified translation since Thailand joined the Hague Convention on 28 February 2027. We handle the entire post-Hague workflow, including the cases where an diplomatic mission still asks for the legacy MFA + embassy chain because their own implementation has not caught up.

Additional frequently asked questions

Which languages are supported?
Coverage focuses on the languages used in Thai visa and legalisation workflows — English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Arabic and others on request. Scope and requirements are confirmed case by case by phone, LINE or email.
Are original documents required?
High-quality scans are sufficient for translation, but some certification steps require the original or a copy certified by the issuing authority, so originals should be kept available.
Does a translation expire?
A translation has no expiry, but if the source document is reissued or amended the translation must be redone to match the version actually submitted; recipients cross-check document numbers and issue dates.
How do legal and medical translations differ?
Specialist texts must follow professional terminology and reproduce institution names exactly as issued. A glossary is applied across the whole document set so the recipient does not encounter inconsistent terms.
Can a translation be revised later?
Yes. If the recipient asks for different formatting or wording, a revised certified version can be issued against the same source document. Keep the recipient's written requirement as supporting evidence.
What kind of translation do authorities accept?
Most authorities require a translation accompanied by a certification statement identifying the translator and the date. For overseas use, the translation itself usually has to be certified by the Department of Consular Affairs or another body named by the destination.

How this connects to the next step

Australian submissions are a separate regime and need translation by a NAATI-certified practitioner; for hearings and government appointments see our specialised interpreting service.

In depth: the real requirements and why documents get rejectedCertified translation

Written from the competent authority's published rules, not marketing copy.

Many Thai official documents contain terms with no direct equivalent in the target language, such as agency names or register types. The accepted approach is transliteration with an explanatory note, not reinterpretation into a foreign equivalent.

Conditions you actually have to clear

  • Any change to the original after translation — even one additional stamp — requires the translation to be updated to match.
  • Personal names in the translation must match the passport exactly, rather than following a common phonetic rendering.
  • The translation must reflect every element of the original, including seals, signatures, and endorsements, described in words.

Common causes of rejection

  • Delivering the translation as a standalone file with no link to the source document.
  • Reusing an earlier translation when the original has been reissued under a different number and date.

Before ordering, ask the receiving party which category of translation is required and how many certification layers follow. Those two answers determine the entire timeline. Send us document images by phone, LINE, or email for an accurate assessment.

Status of the Apostille Convention for Thailand (verified 30 July 2026)

Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, and the Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Until that date, Thai documents used abroad still require legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) followed by legalisation at the destination country's embassy.

Today (before 28 February 2027) Thai documents used abroad still follow the existing chain: certified translation → notarial attestation → legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (MFA) → legalisation at the destination country's embassy in Thailand.

Once the Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027, Thai public documents sent to any of the 130 Contracting Parties will require only a single Apostille from the Department of Consular Affairs, with no further embassy legalisation.
