“MOJ 翻译”不是通用受理保证
本次核查的官方材料没有证明所有法律翻译必须使用统一的 MOJ 注册译者。若提交机关指定人员资格、签字或声明格式，应提供该机关的书面要求，再核实承办人员是否符合。
判决与诉讼文件：版本比标签重要
请区分判决正文、裁定、送达证明及附件。若提交机构要求经认证副本或证明判决已生效的文件，单独翻译扫描件不能替代这些材料。
合同与境外提交：语言准确性不等于法律结论
