1. Research & primary sources

We cite primary Thai-government and international sources first. Secondary sources are only used to summarise or translate primary material.

Every article is written by a credentialed practitioner and reviewed by a second Notarial Services Attorney before publication. Author and reviewer identities are listed on /about/editorial-team.

• Author: drafts content, cites primary sources, signs off on factual accuracy
• Reviewer (independent): verifies citations, fees, turnaround times, jurisdictional fit
• Editor-in-Chief: Principal Notarial Services Attorney has final approval

3. Fact-checking

Pricing, turnaround, and procedural claims are cross-checked against the underlying government website on the date listed in dateModified. Where regulations change (e.g. the 14 December 2024 Apostille entry-into-force), affected pages are re-reviewed within 7 days.

4. Update cadence

• Pricing pages: reviewed quarterly or whenever a fee changes
• Procedure & turnaround: reviewed every 6 months
• Country-pair / embassy pages: reviewed when destination law changes
• Q&A bank: reviewed yearly, plus event-driven updates

5. Corrections & complaints
