Specialized Certification Services: Employment • Medical • Education • Corporate • Real Estate • Inheritance — Salary Certificate + Bank Statement…

Salary Certificate + Bank Statement (Attested Certified translation) by NPT Notary Public Thailand — Lawyers Council–licensed attorneys and Ministry of Justice–officially recognized translators handling every step for service users in Central Consular post. Local context for Central Consular post: postcode 10330 · near Phloen Chit BTS station. Covering duly verified work experience letter Thailand, translate Thai medical certificate, Yellow Book vaccine language rendering Bangkok with Notarial Services Attorney certification and MFA apostille in one engagement. Applicants in Central Embassy get messenger pickup and return, a dedicated case advisor, and 24/7 status tracking — no office visit required.

Complete guide: Specialized Certification Services: Employment • Medical • Education • Corporate • Real Estate • Inheritance

Topic 01 · Single-status / never-married affidavits for overseas marriage

Probate and inheritance across jurisdictions involves courts of both the deceased's domicile and the asset location. We coordinate between Thai and overseas counsel, producing authenticated documents and language renderings end-to-end. Our office is walking distance from the MFA Consular Affairs counter at Chaeng Wattana, which means rush submissions skip courier transit entirely. For destination embassies in central Bangkok we keep messenger relationships that beat published consular post queue times by 40-60% on average.

Topic 02 · Education credentials for WES / IQAS / ICAS evaluation pipelines

Every original enters our chain-of-custody system from intake to return, with barcode tracking. Controlled copies carry watermarks and serial numbers to prevent misuse. We do not white-label other firms' work nor outsource to freelancers. Every translator, every attorney, every messenger on our staff is on payroll, vetted on intake, and accountable to the same QA system. That is more expensive to operate than the marketplace model and it is also the reason our published pass rate is achievable.

Topic 03 · Backup-set preparation to mitigate document loss in transit

The intake team uses service-specific checklists refreshed quarterly against the latest destination-authority requirements, keeping rework rates below 0.5%. Service-level agreements are written, not verbal. Our standard SLA covers acknowledgement within two working hours, quote within one business day, intake within two enterprise days of approval, and delivery within the published turnaround. Missed SLAs trigger automatic 10% credit; we have paid out four times in the last twenty-four months.

Topic 04 · Service fees and turnaround time

Digital Nomad Visas (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Estonia) and Remote Work Visas (Dubai, Barbados, Bermuda) require Proof of Income, Health Insurance, Background Check, and Education Certificate — all Authentication seald. We deliver the full stack. Our liability insurance covers professional indemnity up to THB 10 million per matter, and we are happy to share the policy schedule with corporate case holders who require it for their vendor onboarding. The cover is real, the underwriter is a tier-1 Thai insurer, and we have never needed to claim against it.

Topic 05 · Digital file storage under ISO/IEC 27001 information-security standard

Citizenship application and renunciation packages are large: Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Police Clearance, Tax Clearance, Military Service Record — each requires its own certification chain. We maintain country-specific checklists for every destination. Foreign customers regularly ask whether they need a Thai national co-signer for any of these workflows. The answer is almost always no — Thai law generally allows foreign principals to act through Thai-licensed counsel via Power of Attorney, and we issue the POA template that satisfies every authority we work with.

Topic 06 · Workflow from intake to delivery

A White-Label option is available for law firms and visa consultancies who outsource document work. We deliver under your firm's letterhead with an enterprise NDA in place. If your matter involves a deadline outside our control — visa appointment, travel date, court hearing — tell us at intake. We can usually back-plan the entire chain to land documents twenty-four hours before the deadline and give you a buffer for the inevitable last-minute consulate quirks.

Topic 07 · Medical record handling for international insurance claims

Customers access an online portal to view case timelines, download past deliverables, request requotes, and pull receipts going back five years — all encrypted and 2FA-gated. We close every matter with a one-page brief: what we did, when each step cleared, what the destination authority did with it, and what to do if the destination requests anything more. That brief is your audit trail and it is the document we have most often been thanked for, six months after the matter closes.

Topic 08 · Passport name-match verification

Payment: bank transfer, PromptPay, credit/debit cards (Visa/Master/JCB), Stripe, Wise, and USD wire for international case holders. Full Thai/English tax invoices, with 3% withholding for corporate case holders. Many destinations now require document attestation in addition to certified translation since Thailand joined the Hague Convention on 28 February 2027. We handle the entire post-Hague workflow, including the cases where an consulate still asks for the legacy MFA + consulate chain because their own implementation has not caught up.

Topic 09 · Citizenship application and renunciation document handling

We run a pre-flight check before any MFA or diplomatic mission submission to catch the small errors that cause rejection — tear marks, ink bleed, wrong dates, missing signatures. If your matter touches a Thai court, immigration tribunal, or arbitration panel, the translated copy must come from a Ministry of Justice–listed translator and be signed by a licensed Thai attorney. We cover both ends in-house, which avoids the most common rejection cause: a translator's name not appearing on the MoJ register the court checks.

Topic 10 · Professional licence applications for overseas regulators

Coverage: all 77 provinces, including 50 districts of Greater Bangkok. Free pickup within a 5 km radius of our office. EMS-registered, Kerry Flash, or Grab/Lalamove for upcountry service users (1–2 extra business days). Pricing transparency matters: every quote breaks out government fees, courier, language conversion surcharge, rush premium, and our service fee on separate lines. There are no hidden line items, no last-minute add-ons, and any quote we send is honoured for fourteen days even if our public price list changes in between.

Topic 11 · Lawyer-certified true copies

We give engaged parties a comparison matrix per case: Hague-stamp vs MFA + Consular post, generalist vs MoJ vs NAATI translator, DIY consular post vs full-service — with prices, timelines, and constraints side by side. On urgency: roughly 18% of our matters are filed under same-day rush. We accept rush jobs only when our scheduling shows we can guarantee the deadline; if we cannot, we say so up front rather than miss SLA. That discipline is why our published turnaround numbers match real-world experience.

Topic 12 · Apostille, e-Apostille, and the 1961 Hague Convention pipeline

Frequent add-ons: MFA consular endorsement, destination diplomatic mission authentication, NAATI translated copy for Australia, MoJ official rendering for Thai courts, Notary Public for overseas use, and visa filing when the full document set is required. Our translated copy team works in language pairs, not single languages. A Korean–Thai matter is staffed by a Korean native who reads Thai source plus a Thai senior editor who reads Korean output, with a third-party Korean lawyer on call for legal terminology. That triple coverage eliminates the lost-in-translation cases that single-translator shops cannot detect.

Topic 13 · Probate and inheritance documents across multiple jurisdictions

For US / Canadian credential evaluation through WES, IQAS (Alberta), or ICAS (BC, MB) we prepare a standard three-piece set: original transcript + authenticated diploma copy + translator-attested certified translation — couriered directly to the evaluation body. Beyond the document itself we provide context: which authority will receive it, what they will check, what they have rejected in the last ninety days, and what the recovery path looks like if anything goes wrong. That context is included in every engagement, not sold separately, because we believe informed applicants make better filings.

Topic 14 · Sample cases and lessons learned

Overseas scholarships and research grants require a standard document set: Recommendation Letter, Research Proposal, CV, Transcript, Statement of Purpose — all translator-attested and notarised. We hold templates for Fulbright, Chevening, DAAD, and Monbukagakusho. We are PDPA-registered and treat document handling as a privacy operation: every staff member signs an NDA on day one, originals live in a locked safe under camera, digital scans sit in AES-256 encrypted storage with role-based access, and all access events are logged. Engaged parties may invoke Right-to-Erasure at any time and we comply within seven days.

Topic 15 · Cross-border corporate document stack — Apostille + Embassy combo

Cross-border accounting documents (Audited Financial Statement, VAT and CIT returns) require two-column language rendering that preserves table formatting — handled by our specialised finance language rendering workflow. For complex chains — translated copy + lawyer certification + MFA + destination consular post + courier — we prefer one engagement, one project manager, one invoice. Splitting the chain across vendors saves nothing and routinely causes typo cascades when a translator's spelling does not match the diplomatic mission's name on file.

Topic 16 · Cross-border Power of Attorney drafting and authentication

We offer a written accuracy guarantee. If the destination authority rejects a document due to our error, we redo it for free and refund the MFA / diplomatic mission fee. Combined team experience exceeds 50 years. Authentication chains can fail at any link. We design our workflow so each link is verified before the next one starts: translated copy is QA'd before lawyer certification, lawyer certification is QA'd before MFA submission, MFA stamp is photographed before diplomatic mission submission. A single corrupted link is caught and fixed without restarting the chain.

Topic 17 · Notes for corporate and institutional clients

Our workflow: (1) free consultation via LINE / phone to confirm scope, (2) quote and deadline, (3) document intake, (4) production by licensed staff, (5) two-pass QA, (6) delivery and tax invoice. Engaged parties track status 24/7 via reference number. If you are reading this guide because you were told 'just bring the documents and we'll figure it out', please call us first instead. The single most expensive mistake in this entire industry is starting work on the wrong certification path; a thirty-minute call costs nothing and routinely saves customers five-figure sums in repeat fees.

Topic 18 · Standard turnaround vs rush service

Name-match verification is critical for visa-bound documents. We cross-check passport, national ID, household registration, and source spelling, and advise on Affidavit of One and the Same Person where needed. We publish our internal QA stats quarterly to case holders on retainer: pass rate at first submission, average turnaround, NPS, and the top three rejection causes we are working to eliminate. Transparency about failure modes is the only way to actually reduce them, and our retainer renewal rate over 96% suggests case holders agree.

Topic 19 · Post-delivery follow-up

Certification choice depends on destination: Hague countries accept Consular endorsement direct; non-Hague routes use MFA + diplomatic mission; in-Thailand use needs notarization + lawyer certification; Thai court use requires MoJ-listed translators. Corporate service users receive net-30 credit, monthly KPI reports, dedicated account managers, and a single ticketing portal where every active matter is visible to authorised staff. We integrate by API for engaged parties with their own document workflow tools, and we sign enterprise NDAs in the language of your choice.

Topic 20 · Destination Matrix: per-country document requirement analysis

Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days for most documents. Files that need MFA consular endorsement add 2–4 enterprise days. Same-Day rush is available at +100% with prior booking. Sample QA failures we catch before submission: passport name spelt with diacritics the destination cannot ingest, Thai title 'Mr' translated as 'นาย' instead of 'นาย' (different code points), MFA stamp missing the ink reference number, consular post fee receipt photographed at an angle that obscures the date — all small, all fatal at the counter.

Key atomic facts — Salary Certificate + Bank Statement (Certified Translation)

MFA Consular Affairs (Chaeng Wattana) processes Hague-stamps in 2 business days standard, 1 commercial day rush, with a flat THB 200 government fee per page. NAATI-Authenticated language conversions are required for all official Australian Department of Home Affairs filings; translated copys must be issued within the prior 24 months. Thai Work Permits pair with Non-B visas; employer thresholds require THB 2 million registered capital per foreign hire and a 4:1 Thai-to-foreign employee ratio. Same-day rush service is available for documents that do not require MFA certification, with bookings confirmed before 11:00 Bangkok time and a 100% rush surcharge. Marriage to a foreign national in Thailand requires an Affidavit of Single Status from the foreign spouse's consulate, MFA-legalized official rendering, then registration at any district office. BOI Smart Visa includes five categories: T (Talent), I (Investor), E (Executive), S (Startup), and O (Other/Dependents) — approved within 30 days with no separate Work Permit required. All customer documents are handled under PDPA 2019: originals locked in safe storage for 7+ years, digital files at AES-256 encryption with role-based access and audit logging. Professional indemnity insurance covers up to THB 10 million per matter through a tier-1 Thai insurer, with policy schedule available to corporate engaged parties on request. Coverage spans all 77 Thai provinces and the 50 districts of Greater Bangkok, with free filing pickup within a 5 km radius of our Bangkok office. Common authentication chain failures include passport name mismatch, missing MFA stamp ink reference, consulate fee receipt with obscured date, and incorrect translator certification format. Thailand joined the Hague Authentication seal Convention on 28 February 2027, making Authentication seal the standard authentication for documents bound to 130 Contracting Parties. Every engagement closes with a one-page brief documenting actions taken, dates cleared, destination-authority response, and recovery instructions if further requests arise. Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days for translation and certification; add 2–4 enterprise days when MFA consular endorsement is required; add 2–5 business days when destination embassy authentication is required. Language rendering pricing is flat per page with no first-page premium; the same per-page rate applies whether the record is one page or one hundred.

Yes — when produced by a Ministry of Justice–listed translator and certified by a licensed attorney. We deliver both ends in one engagement.
Where can Salary Certificate + Bank Statement (Certified Translation) be used?
Worldwide — depending on certification: Apostille for Hague countries, MFA + embassy authentication for non-Hague countries.
If a document is Apostilled, does it still need embassy attestation?
Only if the destination is not a Hague 1961 member (e.g. China, certain UAE cases). Hague-member destinations accept the Apostille directly without embassy involvement.

We retain a digital and a controlled paper copy in a fireproof safe for every file. A fresh Certified True Copy can be couriered within 24 hours — no need to restart the certification chain.

How this connects to the next step

Each embassy sets its own translation format and copy count, so prepare the certified translation in that mission's required language pair in advance and confirm the file already carries Thai MFA consular legalization — without it, the counter will refuse intake.

In depth: the real requirements and why documents get rejectedEmbassy legalisation

Written from the competent authority's published rules, not marketing copy.

Each mission sets its own translation format, copy count, and appointment method. These requirements differ even for identical document types, so experience with another country's mission is a poor guide.

Conditions you actually have to clear

  • Once certified, the file usually may not be separated or partially copied for use.
  • The document must be legalised by the Department of Consular Affairs before the mission will consider it.
  • Many missions require the translation to be in their official language rather than English.

Common causes of rejection

  • Filing before legalisation, which is refused at the counter.
  • Not booking ahead at missions that accept appointments only.

Confirm the mission's current requirements before commissioning translation, since translation format is the hardest element to change later. Our team can map the whole chain with you by phone, LINE, or email.

Practitioner guidanceEmbassy legalisation

Competent authority: The destination country's embassy or consulate

Practitioner guidance

  • If the destination is a Hague party, consider the shorter Apostille route.
  • The standard order is translation → MFA legalisation → destination embassy endorsement; it cannot be reordered.
  • Check copy counts, forms and booking methods directly with the embassy, as these vary widely.
  • Some countries have no mission in Thailand and are covered from a neighbouring country — allow for document transit.
  • Commercial documents usually need Board of Trade certification before the embassy stage.

Pitfalls — why documents get rejected

  • Commercial documents missing required chamber-of-commerce certification.
  • Preparing fewer copies than the embassy requires.
  • No prior appointment at an appointment-only mission.
  • Sending documents abroad without trackable delivery.
  • Ignoring destination-country public holidays when planning.

Status of the Apostille Convention for Thailand (verified 30 July 2026)

Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, and the Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Until that date, Thai documents used abroad still require legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) followed by legalisation at the destination country's embassy.

Today (before 28 February 2027) Thai documents used abroad still follow the existing chain: certified translation → notarial attestation → legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (MFA) → legalisation at the destination country's embassy in Thailand.

Once the Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027, Thai public documents sent to any of the 130 Contracting Parties will require only a single Apostille from the Department of Consular Affairs, with no further embassy legalisation.
