泰国海牙认证公约现状（2026年7月30日核实）
泰国于2026年6月30日交存1961年海牙认证公约加入书，该公约将于2027年2月28日对泰国生效。在此之前，泰国文件在境外使用仍需先经外交部领事司认证，再由目的地国驻泰使馆认证。
目前（2027年2月28日之前），泰国文件在境外使用仍需按原有流程办理：认证翻译 → 公证律师认证 → 外交部领事司认证 → 目的地国驻泰使馆认证。
待该公约于2027年2月28日对泰国生效后，送往130个缔约国的泰国公文书只需外交部领事司出具的一份附加证明书（Apostille），无需再经使馆认证。
