泰国海牙认证公约现状（2026年7月30日核实）
泰国于2026年6月30日交存1961年海牙认证公约加入书，该公约将于2027年2月28日对泰国生效。在此之前，泰国文件在境外使用仍需先经外交部领事司认证，再由目的地国驻泰使馆认证。
