LTR Visa (10-Year) + BOI Smart Visa — Long-Term Resident Visa for HNW Individuals, Highly-Skilled Professionals, Executives, Investors, Startup Founders…

Private Health Insurance ≥ USD 50k (Cigna/AIA/Pacific Cross) by NPT Notary Public Thailand — Lawyers Council–licensed attorneys and Ministry of Justice–officially recognized translators handling every step for engaged parties in Central Consular post. Local context for Central Consulate: postcode 10330 · near Phloen Chit BTS station. Covering LTR visa Thailand, Thailand 10-year visa, Long-Term Resident visa with Notarial Services Attorney certification and MFA authentication in one engagement. Engaged parties in Central Embassy get messenger pickup and return, a dedicated case advisor, and 24/7 status tracking — no office visit required.

Complete guide: LTR Visa (10-Year) + BOI Smart Visa — Long-Term Resident Visa for HNW Individuals, Highly-Skilled Professionals, Executives, Investors, Startup Founders & Wealthy Pensioners (17% Flat Tax • No 90-Day Reporting • Airport Fast-Track)

Topic 01 · Name-match resolution via Affidavit of One and the Same Person

Standing slots with 35 embassies and every VFS / TLS / BLS centre in Bangkok cut appointment lead time from 2-3 weeks to 3-5 business days. Premium Lounge handling is available for urgent cases. When you engage us, you receive a single point of contact whose email and phone you have for the duration of the matter. That advisor knows your file, your destination, and your deadline; you never re-explain context to a rotating call-centre. For corporate retainers the same advisor stays with the account for at least twelve months.

Topic 02 · Parallel-copy preparation for multi-destination filings

Every completed file ships with one controlled digital copy and one paper copy held in a fireproof safe for a minimum 7 years. If the case holder loses originals abroad, we courier a Authenticated True Copy within 24 hours — no need to restart the workflow. Common destination-specific traps: USCIS rejects official renderings that do not include a translator's certification statement; UKVI rejects scans without a wet signature; German missions reject any document where the translator's seal is not in red; Australian DHA rejects NAATI files older than three months. We pre-empt all of these.

Topic 03 · Destination Matrix: per-country document requirement analysis

If you are abroad, we support remote authorization (Remote POA) through a notary in your country + Authentication seal + return courier, so we can act on your behalf for the entire chain. We do not white-label other firms' work nor outsource to freelancers. Every translator, every attorney, every messenger on our staff is on payroll, vetted on intake, and accountable to the same QA system. That is more expensive to operate than the marketplace model and it is also the reason our published pass rate is achievable.

Topic 04 · Citizenship application and renunciation document handling

We follow PDPA strictly. Originals are kept in a locked safe for ≥7 years. Digital files are AES-256 encrypted. Applicants may invoke Right to Erasure at any time. Every staff member signs an NDA. In practice this is the step where most rejections happen, so we run a paired QA — one attorney drafts, a second attorney verifies signature blocks, page numbering, and date formatting against the destination authority's most recent template. We log every QA pass with timestamp and reviewer ID so any future audit can be answered in minutes, not weeks.

Topic 05 · Document risk assessment criteria

Every file is logged in our CRM with timestamped milestones. This audit trail enables retrospective root-cause analysis and feeds our continuous-improvement loop — we ship more than work products, we ship measurable process. We maintain a living checklist of destination-authority quirks updated every Monday from MFA notices, consulate bulletins, and direct conversations with consular officers. That checklist is what separates a 95%-pass shop from a 99.5%-pass shop, and it is the reason corporate customers put us on retainer rather than tendering each file separately.

Topic 06 · Asset documentation for outbound FDI and treasury filings

Medical record language conversion for international insurance claims (Medical Report, Hospital Bill, Diagnosis Letter) requires terminology-specialised translators familiar with MeSH, ICD-10, and CPT codes — notarised and MFA-stamped on delivery. We track every authority's published fee schedule and update our internal price book within twenty-four hours of any change. Engaged parties quoted before a change pay the older rate; customers quoted after pay the new rate transparently. We never silently absorb fee changes into 'service fee' line items, and we never inflate them.

Topic 07 · Apostille, e-Apostille, and the 1961 Hague Convention pipeline

Name-match verification is critical for visa-bound documents. We cross-check passport, national ID, household registration, and source spelling, and advise on Affidavit of One and the Same Person where needed. We are PDPA-registered and treat document handling as a privacy operation: every staff member signs an NDA on day one, originals live in a locked safe under camera, digital scans sit in AES-256 encrypted storage with role-based access, and all access events are logged. Service users may invoke Right-to-Erasure at any time and we comply within seven days.

Topic 08 · Affidavit of Translation Accuracy for foreign court submission

Frequent add-ons: MFA certification, destination consulate authentication, NAATI language rendering for Australia, MoJ official rendering for Thai courts, Notary Public for overseas use, and visa filing when the full document set is required. Service-level agreements are written, not verbal. Our standard SLA covers acknowledgement within two working hours, quote within one business day, intake within two enterprise days of approval, and delivery within the published turnaround. Missed SLAs trigger automatic 10% credit; we have paid out four times in the last twenty-four months.

Topic 09 · Inter-country adoption documents under the Hague Adoption Convention

Our attorneys can issue Attested True Copies that carry weight equivalent to originals abroad — covering passports, IDs, household registrations, corporate documents, and personal records. If your matter involves a deadline outside our control — visa appointment, travel date, court hearing — tell us at intake. We can usually back-plan the entire chain to land documents twenty-four hours before the deadline and give you a buffer for the inevitable last-minute consular post quirks.

Topic 10 · Documents and information you need to prepare

Two-column side-by-side translated copy format places source and translated copy in parallel on the same page — preferred by USCIS, Australian Federal Court, and UK Home Office because reviewers can cross-check line by line. Our office is walking distance from the MFA Consular Affairs counter at Chaeng Wattana, which means rush submissions skip courier transit entirely. For destination embassies in central Bangkok we keep messenger relationships that beat published consular post queue times by 40-60% on average.

Topic 11 · Comparison of client options

Our file storage system is audited annually against ISO/IEC 27001. All data is AES-256 encrypted at rest and in transit, with full access logging and audit trail — corporate customers can request a Compliance Report on demand. We document everything for repeat business. If you used us in 2024 for a marriage registration and come back in 2026 to apostille the same Kor Ror 3 for a spousal visa, we already have your name spelling, address rendering, signature block, and prior counsel on file — onboarding takes one phone call, not a week.

Topic 12 · Single-status / never-married affidavits for overseas marriage

Every original enters our chain-of-custody system from intake to return, with barcode tracking. Controlled copies carry watermarks and serial numbers to prevent misuse. Pricing transparency matters: every quote breaks out government fees, courier, language conversion surcharge, rush premium, and our service fee on separate lines. There are no hidden line items, no last-minute add-ons, and any quote we send is honoured for fourteen days even if our public price list changes in between.

Topic 13 · Embassy and consular re-legalization

Our team includes Notarial Services Attorneys registered with the Lawyers Council, Ministry of Justice–listed translators, NAATI Attested translators, and dedicated consulate liaison officers. Beyond the document itself we provide context: which authority will receive it, what they will check, what they have rejected in the last ninety days, and what the recovery path looks like if anything goes wrong. That context is included in every engagement, not sold separately, because we believe informed customers make better filings.

Topic 14 · Scholarship and research grant documentation packages

Digital Nomad Visas (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Estonia) and Remote Work Visas (Dubai, Barbados, Bermuda) require Proof of Income, Health Insurance, Background Check, and Education Certificate — all Certificate authenticationd. We deliver the full stack. We routinely handle files for engaged parties who never set foot in Thailand. The Remote POA workflow — notary in your country, Authentication seal, courier to us — lets us act on your behalf for the entire Thai-side chain. Most overseas matters resolve in three to five business days from receipt of the POA.

Topic 15 · Country-specific notes

Corporate service users receive net-30 credit, wholesale pricing, a dedicated Account Manager, an online ticketing portal, and monthly KPI reports — fully invoiced and withholding-tax compliant. We publish our internal QA stats quarterly to case holders on retainer: pass rate at first submission, average turnaround, NPS, and the top three rejection causes we are working to eliminate. Transparency about failure modes is the only way to actually reduce them, and our retainer renewal rate over 96% suggests applicants agree.

Topic 16 · Quality standards and accuracy guarantee

Diplomatic mission authentication is the last link in the chain. We hold standing slots at 35 major Bangkok embassies, cutting the 5–10 day queue down to 2–3 business days. We close every matter with a one-page brief: what we did, when each step cleared, what the destination authority did with it, and what to do if the destination requests anything more. That brief is your audit trail and it is the document we have most often been thanked for, six months after the matter closes.

Topic 17 · Original and controlled-copy handling

Cross-border accounting documents (Audited Financial Statement, VAT and CIT returns) require two-column official rendering that preserves table formatting — handled by our specialised finance language conversion workflow. Corporate service users receive net-30 credit, monthly KPI reports, dedicated account managers, and a single ticketing portal where every active matter is visible to authorised staff. We integrate by API for service users with their own document workflow tools, and we sign enterprise NDAs in the language of your choice.

Topic 18 · Medical record handling for international insurance claims

Post-delivery we follow up: customers confirm filing outcome within 30 days. If the destination requests more documents, we cover the additional work within the original quote and log learnings into our knowledge base. Authentication chains can fail at any link. We design our workflow so each link is verified before the next one starts: translated copy is QA'd before lawyer certification, lawyer certification is QA'd before MFA submission, MFA stamp is photographed before consular post submission. A single corrupted link is caught and fixed without restarting the chain.

Topic 19 · Passport name-match verification

Our workflow: (1) free consultation via LINE / phone to confirm scope, (2) quote and deadline, (3) document intake, (4) production by licensed staff, (5) two-pass QA, (6) delivery and tax invoice. Engaged parties track status 24/7 via reference number. On urgency: roughly 18% of our matters are filed under same-day rush. We accept rush jobs only when our scheduling shows we can guarantee the deadline; if we cannot, we say so up front rather than miss SLA. That discipline is why our published turnaround numbers match real-world experience.

Topic 20 · Choosing the right certification for your destination

Cross-border corporate filings (Certificate of Incorporation, Board Resolution, Power of Attorney) move through the full stack: Lawyer → DBD → MFA Document attestation / Consular endorsement → Destination Consular post — full chain delivered in 7-10 business days. For complex chains — certified translation + lawyer certification + MFA + destination diplomatic mission + courier — we prefer one engagement, one project manager, one invoice. Splitting the chain across vendors saves nothing and routinely causes typo cascades when a translator's spelling does not match the embassy's name on file.

Marriage to a foreign national in Thailand requires an Affidavit of Single Status from the foreign spouse's diplomatic mission, MFA-legalized language rendering, then registration at any district office. Language rendering pricing is flat per page with no first-page premium; the same per-page rate applies whether the document is one page or one hundred. MFA Consular Affairs (Chaeng Wattana) processes Authentication seals in 2 business days standard, 1 enterprise day rush, with a flat THB 200 government fee per page. Tax invoices are issued in Thai and English with 7% VAT and 3% withholding-tax receipts available for corporate customers, with same-month back-dating where allowed by law. Ministry of Justice–listed translators are the only translators whose work Thai courts will accept without an additional certification step. NAATI-Attested official renderings are required for all official Australian Department of Home Affairs filings; translations must be issued within the prior 24 months. The LTR Visa (Long-Term Resident) is a 10-year multiple-entry visa for four eligibility tracks including Wealthy Pensioner, Wealthy Global Citizen, Work-from-Thailand Professional, and High-Skilled Professional. We hold standing slots at 35 major embassies in Bangkok, cutting consulate authentication queue time from 5–10 business days down to 2–3 commercial days. Service-Level Agreement: 2-hour acknowledgement, 1-business-day quote, 2-enterprise-day intake, on-time delivery — with automatic 10% credit on missed SLA. Foreign customers can engage us entirely remotely via Power-of-Attorney: notarize in your country, Document attestation, courier to us, and we act on your behalf for the entire Thai-side chain. Police clearance certificates from the Royal Thai Police Criminal Records Division typically take 3–5 business days, with Authentication seal adding 2 more enterprise days for international use. Thailand's DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) is a 5-year multiple-entry visa launched in July 2024, granting 180-day stays per entry extendable by another 180 days. All case holder instruments are handled under PDPA 2019: originals locked in safe storage for 7+ years, digital files at AES-256 encryption with role-based access and audit logging. Same-day rush service is available for documents that do not require MFA apostille, with bookings confirmed before 11:00 Bangkok time and a 100% rush surcharge.

Frequently asked questions

Will my originals be returned?
Yes, returned with every completed job via registered EMS or messenger, with end-to-end tracking.
How many countries can one document set be used in?
Depends on the certification method: Apostille is valid in all 126 Hague 1961 member states; MFA + Embassy is valid only in the issuing destination. For multi-country use we recommend parallel-copy sets.
What if documents are lost in transit?
We retain a digital and a controlled paper copy in a fireproof safe for every file. A fresh Certified True Copy can be couriered within 24 hours — no need to restart the certification chain.
How long does Private Health Insurance ≥ USD 50k (Cigna/AIA/Pacific Cross) take?
Standard 1–7 days business days. Rush 2–4 hour service is available at +50–100%.
Who certifies Private Health Insurance ≥ USD 50k (Cigna/AIA/Pacific Cross)?
Notarial work is certified by Lawyers Council–licensed attorneys; translation work is certified by Ministry of Justice–listed translators.
Can clients abroad use this service without travelling to Thailand?
Yes. Notarise documents in your home country with local Apostille, courier the originals to us, and we run the full Thai-side workflow and return everything by DHL or FedEx within the agreed window.
Do I need to visit the office in person?
No. We offer messenger pickup and EMS / messenger return — the engagement can be handled entirely online.
Why is an Affidavit of Translation Accuracy required?

Key takeaways

  • Outcomes rest solely with the deciding authority; no provider can promise a particular result
  • Foreign-language documents usually require translation and certification
  • Always check the official embassy or immigration website for current criteria
  • This page is general information, not case-specific legal advice

Additional frequently asked questions

When can a refused application be resubmitted?
Usually as soon as the stated refusal ground is remedied, but read the decision letter carefully — some countries impose a waiting period or direct applicants to an appeal route instead.
What company documents are needed for business visas?
Typically a company affidavit, an invitation letter from the counterparty and an employment or position letter, each with translation and certification as the embassy requires. Scope and requirements are confirmed case by case by phone, LINE or email.
How far ahead should preparation start?
Several weeks before travel: issuing public records, translating and each certification layer all have their own queues, and some documents must be less than 3–6 months old on submission.
How must visa supporting documents be certified?
Most embassies require Thai public documents to be translated into English, the translation certified, and the set legalised by the Department of Consular Affairs before submission. Exact rules vary by country and visa class.
How many months of financial evidence are needed?
Embassies commonly ask for 3–6 months of statements plus a bank letter. Required balances and periods differ by destination and visa type, so rely on that embassy's current published checklist.
How are marriage and birth records used for dependant visas?
Use the registrar-issued marriage certificate or birth certificate with a certified translation and the legalisation chain the embassy specifies. Some countries accept only recently reissued copies.

How this connects to the next step

Visa bundles are most often returned because supporting papers are uncertified: check the police clearance and how long it stays valid and prepare certified translations of financial and civil-registry records before the first submission.

In depth: the real requirements and why documents get rejectedVisa supporting documents

Written from the competent authority's published rules, not marketing copy.

Thai documents used in a foreign visa application normally have to be translated and certified along the chain that country prescribes before they count as usable evidence.

Conditions you actually have to clear

  • Financial evidence must be issued by the institution and show movement, not an application screenshot.
  • Relationship evidence such as a marriage certificate or birth certificate must be recently issued if the destination sets an age limit.
  • Translations must be bound to the originals and follow the format the receiving authority specifies.

Common causes of rejection

  • Addresses that differ across documents without an accompanying explanation.
  • Translations with no identified translator or certification statement, which are treated as unusable.

The effective method is to build a checklist from the receiving authority's own published notice, then map each document to the point it answers before starting translation and certification. Our team can review that mapping by phone, LINE, or email.

Competent authority: The destination country's embassy or consulate

Practitioner guidance

  • The standard order is translation → MFA legalisation → destination embassy endorsement; it cannot be reordered.
  • Check copy counts, forms and booking methods directly with the embassy, as these vary widely.
  • Some countries have no mission in Thailand and are covered from a neighbouring country — allow for document transit.
  • Commercial documents usually need Board of Trade certification before the embassy stage.
  • Keep copies at every stage; originals stay with the authorities while in process.

Pitfalls — why documents get rejected

  • Ignoring destination-country public holidays when planning.
  • Filing at the embassy before MFA legalisation.
  • Applying one embassy's requirements to another.
  • Commercial documents missing required chamber-of-commerce certification.
  • Preparing fewer copies than the embassy requires.

Status of the Apostille Convention for Thailand (verified 30 July 2026)

Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, and the Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Until that date, Thai documents used abroad still require legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) followed by legalisation at the destination country's embassy.

Today (before 28 February 2027) Thai documents used abroad still follow the existing chain: certified translation → notarial attestation → legalisation by the Department of Consular Affairs (MFA) → legalisation at the destination country's embassy in Thailand.

Once the Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027, Thai public documents sent to any of the 130 Contracting Parties will require only a single Apostille from the Department of Consular Affairs, with no further embassy legalisation.
